1.In consideration of the standards set forth by the National Science Council, our Graduate program will focuses on the development and professional application of language teaching, information management and application of network, and multimedia techniques of the Internet, etc., in order to foster forward-looking foreign language talents of higher technology.

2.We seek to train the talents that Asian-Pacific Operation Center needs.

3.We seek to establish the channels to allow graduates of the Applied English Department enter graduate school, especially for on-the-job experience with regards to high-level research in central Taiwan.

4.Our department seeks to implement the concept of lifelong learning, and provide a place for professional language theories and practices.

5.We seek to offer real-time information services in industry and business, and to offer teaching consultation and services. 

6.We seek to enhance the exportation of local products and culture and national image.
